Sample6 Relocating From Seaport To Cambridge

Food research and safety company Sample6 leased 8,900 square feet at 840 Memorial Drive in Cambridge in a relocation from Boston’s Seaport District.

NAI Hunneman’s Evan Gallagher and Ben Sutton represented Sample6. The property owner, Boston-based Abbey Group, represented itself in the transaction.

"We conducted an extensive search on behalf of Sample6, to evaluate all of the lab space options in the Boston, Cambridge and 128 submarkets," Gallagher said in a statement. "840 Memorial created a perfect combination of high-tech lab space and value as it pertains to cost."

Sample6 was previously located at 27 Drydock Ave. in the Boston Marine Industrial Park.
