Beverly-based J Barrett & Co. is pleased to announce that Realtor Susan Santin has joined the agency in its Beverly Farms office.

Susan, who had a successful 10-year career in leasing commercial real estate, entered the business world as a mortgage lender and has a strong financial background. "Like politics, all real estate is ‘local’ with every facet of it linked to another, so knowing all aspects of it is extremely beneficial in the day-to-day dealings in the business."
