Senior Housing Properties Trust Declares 37-Cent Dividend

Newton REIT Senior Housing Properties Trust has declared a regular quarterly common share dividend of 37-cents per common share ($1.48 per share per year).

The regular quarterly dividend will be paid to common shareholders of record as of the close of business on Jan. 14, and distributed on or about Feb. 11.
