A 9,750-square-foot residential building in Boston’s Back Bay has sold for $4.4 million.

Michael Carucci of Group Boston Real Estate (GBRE) brokered the sale of 4 Marlborough St. The property features seven units and three parking spaces. 

Carucci worked with both the sellers – William Day Hicks and Anne Louise Hicks – and the buyer, Marlborough Manor Realty Trust.
