More than 67,000 square feet of leasing activity has recently taken place at Cherry Hill Corporate Center in the Beverly/Danvers area.
Medtronics Interventional Vascular Inc., a medical equipment company, renewed 29,263 square feet at 35 Cherry Hill Drive, according to a statement. Technology company Amphenol PCD Inc., which was represented by CB Richard Ellis, renewed 22,318 square feet and leased an additional 12,000 square feet for a total of 34,318 square feet at 72 Cherry Hill Drive. Medical firm American Renal Assoc. LLC, represented by Cushman & Wakefield, expanded by 2,320 square feet at 66 Cherry Hill Drive. Ambrose Environmental Management renewed 1,181 square feet at 5 Cherry Hill Drive.
Greg Klemmer of Klemmer Assoc. LLC represented the landlord, Brookwood Management Partners LLC, an affiliate of Brookwood Financial Partners L.P., in all of the lease transactions.
"Cherry Hill has proven to be one of the premier parks on the North Shore and Brookwood is a major reason behind the success," said Klemmer. "Tenants enjoy the park and the buildings and want to remain [there]."
