Seyfarth Shaw LLP recently promoted Michael Dowley and Eric Greenberg to partners in the firm’s Boston office. 

Dowley is a member of the firm’s corporate and real estate departments. His practice focuses on banking, real estate, finance and corporate matters.  He represents institutional clients in real estate finance and commercial finance transactions, asset-based lending transactions, structured financings and workouts/restructurings.  Dowley also counsels several companies in connection with formation issues, joint venture agreements, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and other general transactional matters.

Greenberg specializes in commercial, retail and office leasing. He represents landlords and tenants in a wide range of leasing transactions including office towers and parks, industrial parks, shopping and lifestyle centers, as well as educational institutions.
