Shadrick Hired To Head Eastern Insurance’s Eastern Benefits Group

Matthew Shadrick has joined Natick-based Eastern Insurance Group LLC as executive vice president to lead Eastern Benefits Group, the insurance firm’s employee benefits division.

Shadrick has more than 20 years of employee benefits and property and casualty experience, according to a statement. He was previously the national sales director for the Aon Consulting Human Capital Practice.

"We are excited that Matt is bringing his special abilities, skills and experience to Eastern," said Hope Aldrich, president and CEO of Eastern Insurance. "We are confident that he’ll provide the strategic leadership necessary for the continued success of Eastern Benefits Group."
