Shaw Group Signs 188K SF Lease In Canton

The Shaw Group, a Fortune 500 company serving the energy and environmental industries, has leased 188,857 square feet at 150 Royall St. in Canton.

The building is owned and occupied by OneBeacon Insurance Co. OneBeacon will continue to occupy the balance of the building, according to a statement.

Andy Majewski, Steve Clancy and Rachel Marks of CB Richard Ellis New England represented The Shaw Group. Rich Bradbury of CLW Real Estate Services Group represented OneBeacon as the exclusive leasing agent.

The lease brings the property to full occupancy.

"The location, quality of the building and willingness of OneBeacon’s team to be thoughtful and creative put 150 Royall St. at the top of the list of options for tenants searching for large blocks of space," Bradbury said in a statement. "We are pleased that Shaw selected our building as their next Mass.-based home."
