Decorative home sign company My Word has leased space in Methuen.
The company will relocate from Dracut and occupy 24,901 square feet at 1 Aegean Drive. The property contains 43,500 square feet of manufacturing, R&D and office space.
“The property was well suited for a manufacturing user due to its heavy power, open floor plan, industrial-manufacturing neighbors and easy access to I-93, I- 495 and I-95,” David Gilkie, NAI Hunneman senior vice president, said in a statement.
Gilkie, Executive Vice President Jim Boudrot and Assistant Vice President Mike Allen represented the landlord, PGA Realty. My Word was represented by Micah Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Co.
