Officials from Simpson Housing LLP have announced plans to begin construction this week on The Victor, the company’s 365,000-square-foot, mixed-use development in Boston’s Bulfinch Triangle.
The project is slated for completion some time in early 2013. Banker & Tradesman reported last week that Simpson was planning to break ground and move ahead on the apartment and retail complex at the corner of Causeway and Beverly streets soon.
Upon completion, The Victor will be managed and leased by Simpson Property Group. Property amenities will include two rooftop lounges, a 5,000-square-foot health club with sports court and gaming lounge, residential lobby with concierge and a residents’ lounge.
The Victor is being constructed according to LEED Silver standards and will offer studio, one bed/one bath, one bed/one bath plus den, two bed/two bath and two bed/two bath plus den floor plans ranging in size from 546 to 1,258 square feet.
