Six leases totaling 11,447 square feet were recently executed at Walden Square Science Center at 85 Bolton St. in Cambridge.

Aura Biosciences leased 4,000 square feet and was represented by the Columbia Group in the lease transaction; Novogy Inc. leased 1,615 square feet and was represented by Grubb & Ellis; Polyjoule Inc. leased 1,060 square feet and was represented by McPherson Corps.; SiEnergy Systems LLC leased 2,772 square feet and was represented by NAI Hunneman; The Water Initiative LLC leased 1,000 square feet and was self represented; and Eton Bioscience Inc. leased 1,000 square feet and was represented by Grubb & Ellis.

Ryan Weber and Christopher McMahon, senior managing directors at Newmark Knight Frank, represented the landlord, Bolton Street Partners LLC, an affiliate of Triad Alpha Partners, in all six lease transactions.
