General contractor Skanska USA Building has been selected to serve as the project manager for the renovation of Attleboro High School in Attleboro.

Skanska USA Building will act as the owner’s project manager providing project management services.

The renovation will require a double-roof replacement and the team is in the process of selecting a new roof system for the 300,000 square-foot building, Skanska said in a statement.

The project is scheduled to begn in the fall and is expected to be completed by the end of this year.

"We are thrilled have been selected to oversee the renovation process at Attleboro High School, and are looking forward to working with the city of Attleboro," said Steve Eustis, senior vice president at Skanska. "A project like this allows Skanska to diversify our experience and continue to build our brand in Greater Boston."

Attleboro High School is located on 100 Rathbun Willard Drive in Attleboro between Boston and Providence, R.I. and has an enrollment of 1,700 students.
