Robert Skinner is assuming the management duties for Cushman & Wakefield’s valuation and advisory operations in New England.

"We see the area as a growth market for our services and look forward to Rob and his group expanding our presence," Nicole Urquhart-Bradley, Cushman & Wakefield’s executive managing director of valuation and advisory in North America, said in a statement.

Skinner has worked at Cushman & Wakefield for 13 years, specializing in multifamily properties, office space and mixed-use developments. He replaces Randy Harwood, who is leaving the company after 19 years to pursue other interests.
