SleepHealth Centers LLC has leased 11,280 square feet of corporate office space at 187 Ballardvale St. in Wilmington.

SleepHealth Centers, which plans to move into the Wilmington facility during the summer, will be combining its Danvers and Bedford facilities, according to a statement.

Rob Nahigian, of Newton-based Auburndale Realty Co., represented the tenant in the lease transaction. The landlord, VIF/Ballardvale 181-187 LLC, was represented by Richard Barry Joyce & Partners.
