Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England has named Jeff Smith sales manager of its Haverhill office.

Smith will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and oversight of approximately 30 real estate professionals serving homebuyers and sellers in Haverhill, Methuen, Merrimac and the surrounding communities in the Merrimack Valley and southern New Hampshire.

Prior to his new management role, Smith was a top-producing real estate professional for the last six years. He is the co-founder and owner of a successful residential management company that specializes in identifying land development opportunities as well as the owner of a company that owns and manages rental property in Essex County. Before becoming a real estate professional, Smith was the co-founder and owner of East Coast Cable and Communications, where he also served as vice president of sales and operations for nearly 20 years.
