Cymfony Inc., a social media tracking firm, has leased 9,235 square feet at154 Middlesex Turnpike within Northwest Park in Burlington.
NAI Hunneman Executive Vice President Steve James represented Boston-based Cymfony. Wynyard served as the representative for owner Nordblom Co.
Located near the intersection of Routes 3 and 128, 154 Middlesex Turnpike is a 29,552-square-foot office building constructed in 1967 and extensively renovated in 1998. The property, which features a masonry exterior with reflective thermopane windows, also is known as Building 24 within the 42-building Northwest Park, which is located across from the Burlington Mall.
