SofTech Inc. has relocated to a new headquarters in Lowell’s Wannalancit Mills complex.

The software company recently relocated from 59 Lowes Way in Lowell after leasing 9,141 square feet in the 19th-century mill building at 650 Suffolk St.

Transwestern RBJ represented SofTech in its negotiations with landlord Farley White Interests of Boston.

Michael Richards, information technology manager for SofTech, said the company chose the site because of its historic architecture, proximity to downtown Lowell and the University of Massachusetts-Lowell campus and on-site amenities such as a fitness center and cafeteria.
