Ipswitch Inc. is relocating its Lexington office to 34,830 square feet at 83 Hartwell Ave.

The company makes software that enables businesses to manage networks, securely transfer files and communicate via e-mail, according to a statement. Ipswitch will relocate to 83 Hartwell Ave. from its current location at 10 Maguire Road in Lexington.

James Boudrot, executive vice president, and Brendan Daly, assistant vice president of NAI Hunneman’s suburban leasing group, represented Ipswitch. The landlord, Farley White Interests, was represented internally by Rob Connors and Sam Altreuter.

"The management team at Ipswitch had a specific vision for how their corporate headquarters should look and feel, and Farley White worked tirelessly to understand and meet our needs. Kiln Brook offers excellent value and flexibility for Ipswitch going forward," said Daly.
