VMTurbo Inc., a provider of workload management software for cloud-based and virtualized environments, is moving from Waltham to bigger offices at One Burlington Woods in Burlington.
The new offices offer VMTurbo a significant space increase over its current location in Waltham and will become the company’s corporate headquarters, previously based in New York.
VMTurbo will occupy 11,147 square feet, an increase of more than 8,000 square feet from its Waltham offices. The new space will help the company grow its workforce and enhance its R&D efforts. The highly-centralized location and proximity to Route 128 were attractive features for VMTurbo, which recently closed a $10 million B-round of funding to expand product development, customer support, sales and marketing.
VMTurbo was represented by Neil Schneider of McCall & Almy, and the landlord, The Davis Cos., was represented by Steve James and Jim Boudrot of NAI Hunneman.
