Somerville Cab Company Hails A New Home

600 Windsor Place in Somerville. Green Cab Co. of Somerville is taking a short trip across town and moving to larger digs.

The company recently purchased a 24,000-square-foot industrial building at 600 Windsor Place in Somerville for $2.5 million. They will be relocating from 85 Foley St.

"Green Cab’s acquisition of 600 Windsor Place is a healthy transaction for this market. The new location offers the right mix of offices, warehouse and yard space, and its proximity to Somerville’s Union Square provides a convenient location for the company," said Grubb & Ellis Co. Senior Associate Paul Delaney, who along with Brad Spencer, vice president, and Tyler Ewing, senior associate, represented the seller in the transaction, Somerville Housing Group Trust IV.
