Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has sold a condominium in South Boston for $1.9 million.
The property is a 2,025-square-foot penthouse in the Macallen Building, located at 141 Dorchester Ave. It has two bedrooms and 2.5 bath with luxury finishes, two-car garage parking and access to a private rooftop terrace. It has all the amenities offered at the Macallen, including a heated lap pool, fitness room, clubroom and 24-hour concierge.
The transaction is the highest-priced condominium sale in South Boston’s Seaport District so far this year, according to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
The buyers and sellers could not be disclosed, according to a press release. Michael Harper, a sales associate affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office on Commonwealth Avenue, represented the buyers.
