South Shore Medical Center has leased a 17,500-square-foot office at Longwater Place in Norwell. 

Located in Assinippi Park, it will serve as the administrative offices for the adjacent 80,000-square-foot medical office headquarters.

The Conrad Group negotiated the lease.

Longwater Place is a 300,000-square-foot complex, which offers tenants a fitness center, conference center and full-service cafeteria. This leasing brings the complex’s occupancy level to 91 percent.
