Michael R. HealySouth Shore Savings Bank has promoted Michael R. Healy of Kingston to first vice president of commercial lending. 

Healy joined South Shore Savings Bank in 2000 as vice president of commercial lending.   He earned a bachelor’s degree at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and an MBA at the University of Maryland.  Healy also is a graduate of the National Graduate School of Banking at Fairfield University. 

Originally chartered in 1833, South Shore Savings Bank is a full-service community bank with assets of approximately $950 million and 15 branches.
