The property has been owned by P Christopher Assoc. LP since 1993 and contains a 6,000-square-foot warehouse built in 1950, according to assessors data.

Pilot House LLC is an affiliated of P Christopher Assoc. and lists Philip Balboni of Cambridge as manager, according to documents filed with the corporations division of the Secretary of the Commonwealth.
