Spectra Medical Devices Inc. has extended its lease for nearly 10,500 square feet at 260 Fordham Road in Wilmington, and signed an 8,600-square-foot lease expansion at 340 Fordham Road.

Both buildings are owned by Cummings Foundation Inc. and managed by Cummings Properties LLC. 

Earlier this year, Spectra Medical’s expanding business required additional space, but 260 Fordham Road was fully leased. Cummings Properties was offering additional space right around the corner at 340 Fordham Road according to Lisa Wheeler, Cummings Properties’ leasing/property manager.

Set on 3 acres, the free-standing, single-story building at 340 Fordham Road was available but needed a complete renovation. Cummings Properties’ design and construction team upgraded the building’s façade with new entries, doors and operable windows
