An affiliate of Boston’s Genesis Management Group has bought 10 and 20 Speen St. in Framingham for $6.9 million.

Genesis bought 10 Speen St. from an affiliate of ASA International. The building is 90 percent leased to seven tenants. It bought 20 Speen from the American Heart Association, which will lease back half the building on a short-term basis.
