Spencer Bank recently donated $1,475 to the Worcester County 4-H, Camp Marshall. These funds provided assistance to five children who would otherwise be unable to attend the camp, the bank said in a statement.

Camp Marshall, located in Spencer, is designed to be a safe, fun, positive and hands-on outdoor educational camp experience for children ages 5 to 14. The program has five focus areas: waterfront, conservation, agriculture, creative arts and Camp Challenge. The camp’s goals are to help local youth develop confidence, independence and respect for themselves and their surroundings.

Mike Robbins, president and CEO of Spencer Bank stated, "We wholeheartedly support the mission of the Worcester County 4-H and Camp Marshall and are happy to provide that experience for more children in the community."
