Spencer Bank has recently elected Director Stephen F. Wentzell to serve as a permanent member of its board of investment.

Wentzell was elected a Spencer Bank corporator in February 2006 and director in February 2008. He is the CFO of Coughlin Construction Services Inc. in Worcester. He also serves as appointed trustee to the city of Worcester Contributory Retirement System and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Massachusetts Society of CPAs and the Construction Financial Management Association. Wentzell holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Nichols College and a master’s degree in finance from Bentley College.
