Michael A. Engel, of Spencer, and Francis J. Trapasso, of Worcester, have been elected to serve on Spencer Savings Bank’s board.
Engel will serve as a permanent member of Spencer Savings Bank’s board of investment, replacing Lorraine C. Harvey, former president, who recently retired as a director, according to a statement. Harvey will remain serving as a corporator. Engel is the COO of FLEXcon Inc. in Spencer.
Trapasso will serve as a member of the board of directors, according to a statement. He previously served as a bank corporator. He is the president of Francis J. Trapasso & Assoc. of Worcester.
Spencer Savings Bank also elected the following officers:
