SpencerBANK Names LeBlanc VP Of Compliance And Operations

SpencerBANK has promoted Pamela L. LeBlanc to vice president of compliance and operations.

LeBlanc joined SpencerBANK back in 2007 as a compliance specialist, and was promoted to compliance officer in 2009.

"Pamela has been a dedicated member of the SpencerBANK staff for more than five years," said K. Michael Robbins, president and CEO of SpencerBANK, in a statement. "Her knowledge and comprehension of our bank’s policies have helped our compliance department tremendously and we are thrilled to see her grow and perform in her new role."

LeBlanc is a member of the Eastern Massachusetts Compliance Network and is serves on the Mass Bankers Legal and Regulatory Committee.
