XOS Digital Inc., a content management and digital media services firm specializing in collegiate and professional sports organizations, is set to move from Billerica into a new 19,235-square-foot suite at Ballardvale Office Park in Wilmington.

The move to 181 Ballardvale St. is expected to take place before the end of the month, according to a statement.

Colliers International’s North Suburban team of Matthew Daniels and Brian Tisbert represented XOS Digital. James Lipscomb of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners LLC represented the landlord, Griffith Properties and joint venture partner AEW Capital Management.

"181 Ballardvale Street provides our client with a logical long-term solution for its greater Boston office presence," Tisbert said in a statement. "Griffith Properties/AEW is an excellent partner for XOS Digital and we thank them for their responsiveness throughout the transaction process." 

Built in 1983, 181 Ballardvale St. is a two-story, 105,665-square-foot office building.
