Sports Franchise Leases 3K SF In Framingham

National franchise Play It Again Sports recently leased 3,000 square feet at 271 Worcester Road in Framingham.

Senior Associate Broker Marlene Aron of Framingham-based Metrowest Commercial Real Estate brokered the lease, according to a statement.

"Play It Again Sports will bring a lot of foot traffic to 271 Worcester Road and their tenancy should help fill the adjoining 2,000 square feet [and] to bring the plaza to 100 percent occupancy," said Aron.
