NAI Hunneman’s Suburban Leasing Group has leased 23,397 square feet of office space for Springwell Inc. at 307 Waverley Oaks Road in Waltham.

Springwell, a private, non-profit agency that coordinates care for seniors and individuals with disabilities, will move from its current offices in Watertown.

Evan Gallagher, vice president, and Steve James, senior vice president of NAI represented Springwell, while Duffy Properties, the landlord, represented itself.

 "Waverley Oaks Office Park not only serves as a great geographic location for Springwell, but it also offers the type of long-term and responsive ownership structure that our client was striving for," Gallagher said in a statement.

The property is a four-story, 142,663-square-foot building located in the Waverley Oaks Office Park near Route 128.

"We are excited to welcome such a quality organization [as] Springwell to our growing roster at Waverley Oaks Office Park," said Bob Duffy, Jr, principal at Duffy Properties, said in a statement. "The NAI Hunneman team worked seamlessly with us to complete this transaction and secure another great tenant for the building."
