STAG Industrial Inc. Acquires $6.1M Warehouse, Distribution Facility

Boston-based STAG Industrial, Inc has acquired a $6.1 million, approximately 145,000-square-foot, warehouse and distribution facility in East Windsor, Conn.

The building was constructed in 1976 and renovated in 2006, and is 100 percent leased to East Windsor, LLC (doing business as King Koil). King Koil manufactures and distributes its Comfort Solutions mattress products primarily within the northeastern United States.

This acquisition brings STAG Industrial’s total acquisition volume to approximately $132.3 million since its IPO in April 2011.

In addition to this acquisition, STAG has executed purchase contracts for an additional four properties with a total cost of approximately $28.6 million.
