Stanislas Joins Denenberg Realty Advisors

Paul Stanislas has joined Denenberg Realty Advisors in Boston as vice president.

He has been in the real estate brokerage industry for more than 40 years. For the last 10 years, he was a vice president at Grubb & Ellis. While focusing primarily on retail and petroleum industries in the United States, he also has considerable experience in global markets, including the United Kingdom.

He started his real estate career in London, working at Jones Lang LaSalle. He was a partner at Allsop & Co. in London and an asset real estate manager in South Africa with Sagit Real Estate. In the early 1980s, he returned to London as associate partner at Norman, Rourke & Partners, and then was transferred to Boston, where he opened an office and purchased real estate investments for overseas clients. He later was a vice president at NAI Hunneman Co. and Prospectus Realty Services.
