State Street Finalizes Acquisition Of Irish Bank

StateStreet_Logo_standard Boston-based State Street Global Advisors, the investment management business of State Street Corp., has completed its acquisition of Dublin-based Bank of Ireland Asset Management (BIAM).

The acquisition was first announced in October 2010, for approximately €57 million inclusive of estimated net assets of the business of €14 million, according to a statement.
