Jane Q. Stefanini, of Ashland, has joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England as a new sales and technology trainer.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Stefanini was a sales associate with a competing real estate firm serving homebuyers and sellers in the Metrowest region for the last 10 years, according to a statement.

"Jane is a wonderful asset to our education and career development team. It is clear that she is enthusiastic about the resources that Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage provides to its sales associates and clients, and she is passionate about helping our sales associates achieve their best," said Angela Stamoulos, education manager for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England.

Prior to her real estate career, Stefanini provided employee training for a Marlborough-based telecommunication company.
