TKD Trust has purchased an industrial building in downtown Stoneham.
The 6,000-square-foot, two-story property at 21 Spencer St. sold for $700,000. It was listed for $750,000. The seller was Cindava LLC/Joe Cunningham.
TKD Trust plans to use the building for storage and office space.
Nick Osgood of MANSARD represented the seller and marketed the property.
