In what appears to be the biggest lease deal of the year, Stratus Technologies has extended its lease for 287,000 square feet of Class A office space at the former Digital Equipment Corp. headquarters in Maynard.
Brokers refused to reveal any of the deal’s terms. Robert C. Laufer, the company’s chief financial officer, did not return calls.
