The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International has negotiated three different large leases and a $6 million sale.

Stubblebine  represented both the buyer, Granite State Concrete LLC, and the seller, Fletcher Granite Company LLC, in the $6 million sale of a 119 acre parcel at 534 Groton Road, in Westford. The site produced the Chelmsford Grey granite used to build University Hall at Harvard University and Quincy Market, the company said.

The firm also leased 28,000 square feet of industrial space at 66-68 Industrial Way in Wilmington. The new tenant, J&K Cabinets, is a custom furniture company. Micah Stubblebine and Ellen Garthoff of Stubblebine represented landlord R&D Properties LLC, while J&K Cabinets was represented by Paul Delaney of Grubb & Ellis.

In a second deal, David Stubblebine and James Stubblebine represented Chemineer Inc., a division of Robbins and Myers Inc., in a 29,500  square foot lease renewal at 125 Flagship Drive, North Andover. The landlord is WOR Associates LP.

Chemineer, a building materials mixing company, had its space custom-built in 1988, with 20′ clear height, heavy power and drive-in loading docks. The 5.19 acre facility is owned and managed by Channel Building Co.

The firm also represented Celestica Corporation in the termination of their 45,600 square foot lease with ND Hale Street LLC at 121 Hale Street, Lowell. The space was renovated in 2001 and includes approximately 7,000 square feet of office space.
