Unison Realty Partners, an affiliate of ABC Overseas Inc., has acquired McKinnon’s Plaza in Sudbury for $6.1 million.

McKinnon’s Plaza at 5-15 and 19 Concord Road includes two full-fledge branches of Citibank and Salem Five Bank, and co-tenants McKinnon’s Liquors, Ace Jeweler and a Joy Cleaners. There is one 500-square-foot vacancy, according to a statement.
