Bill Sullivan has joined Avison Young New England as vice president.
He will focus on brokerage services, including the representation of landlords, tenants and owner/investors, further expanding the company’s transaction services platform.
Most recently a vice president at R.W. Holmes Realty Co. Inc., Sullivan has 17 years of experience in tenant and landlord representation. He specialized in the Metrowest/ I-495 market, including representing Sungard in the company’s 125,000-square-foot lease, as well the sale and lease of a 340,000-square-foot complex in Ashland, The Ashland Technology Center.

Sullivan holds a bachelor’s degree from Beloit College in Beloit, Wisc. He is a on the board of directors for the Assabet Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Hudson Economic Development Commission.
