Wallboard Supply Co. has leased 52,200 square feet at 116 Lundquist Drive in Braintree for seven years.

Neil Denenberg, of Denenberg Realty Advisors, has been working with the New Hampshire-based company for more than a year to find them warehouse locations. In addition to the Braintree location, the company also agreed to occupy space in Maine, according to a statement.

"This is a great sign that building supply companies are expanding. I think it shows that our economy is headed back on track," said Denenberg, president at Denenberg Realty Advisors.
