Susquehanna International Group (SIG), a privately held financial institution, has renewed its 7,546-square-foot lease in Boston.

SIG will remain on the 20th floor of One Boston Place, according to a statement.

Stephen Lombardi, assistant vice president and John Hennessey, president/partner of Thompson Hennessey & Partners, represented SIG in its recent lease renewal.

The landlord, TIAA-CREF, was represented by Christopher Cuddy and Lauren Phelan Lipscomb of CB Richard Ellis.
