A three-unit condominium in Swampscott will be featured on an upcoming episode of the Arts & Entertainment Network’s home improvement show, "Flipping Boston."

The episode, which will air on April 19, will feature the property at 108-110 Burrill St., which was marketed by Ted Richard of J Barrett & Co. and developed by Peter Souhleris and Dave Seymour of CityLight Homes. All units are currently under agreement.

"Flipping Boston" hosts Sohleris and Seymour purchased the Burrill Street property last year and completely remodeled and renovated each home. Each of the two-bedroom, two-bathroom homes feature a state-of-the-art kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a wine chiller and granite counters, separate office space and in-unit laundry. Each home is also equipped with Smart Technology that allows owners to control many features from a phone.
