After leasing 25,000 square feet in a vertical addition to 22 Boston Wharf Road, Duck Creek Technologies hired architects SGA to design interior spaces that reflect the company’s brand and vision.

The Revolution Hotel was recognized by the Massachusetts Historical Commission at the group’s 41st annual preservation awards held in May in three categories: adaptive reuse project, the Mayor Thomas Menino Legacy award and a People’s Choice award.

The next occupant of the former Crown Cork & Seal manufacturing plant in Lawrence will invest over $30 million in building improvements to accommodate a pair of industrial laundries employing 350 people.
