Cornerstone Bank has opened its first interactive teller machine, or video teller-assisted ATM, in Worcester, which is a first of many, a bank executive said.
Rockland Trust Co. is adding interactive teller machines (ITM) as part of renovations to its Massachusetts locations in the next 12 to 16 months.
