A senior housing specialist has acquired the 7.8-acre former Newbury College campus in Brookline for $34 million.
Colliers International Boston will market the 7.8-acre Newbury College campus, which comprises office and academic buildings, dorms and student activity spaces totaling 142,000 square feet.
