The two-story, 150,000-square-foot Pappas Commerce Center was recently renovated to provide office, flex and lab space with 75,000-square-foot floor plates, 15-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows with harbor and skyline views.
Pappas Commerce Center in Boston’s Seaport District has attracted a second life science tenant, bringing the recently repositioned flex building up to 50 percent occupancy.
