In its first-ever project in the city of Lawrence, Boston-based developer Trinity Financial is redeveloping the Van Brodie Mill into a 102-unit mixed-income housing complex.

MassHousing closed this week on a total of $17.1 million in financing to an affiliate of Trinity Financial Inc., for the creation of a new, 102-unit, affordable housing community in Lawrence.
